Carving Yorkshire pudding and stabilising cake with shoes

Let les vacances begin ... with work! Sociology essay, psychology leaflet, photography researches... Uff!
But tomorrow I will take the escape-pod to Brighton!
So in the afternoon my host sister came to me. That was when I was thinking about how to transport the cake to Brighton tomorrow. She came to me and told me "I am just carving some pumpkins" (that's what I understood) It was so funny, because she did not really carve pumpkins :P She was craving them...
Well the thing about the shoes is, that I firstly build an internal stabilisation system for my cake in the tin with little round balls at the bottom so it can move freely, but it is still held by some paper to stabilise it from the sides. But now I just had to put it into my backpack and I did this by putting my sport shoes (which are clean by the way so don't be worried cake-people!) underneath it to make a stable place to put the round tin in.
