Peterborough and St. Ives

As I mentioned in the last article, I woke up quite early to get with Eric and his wife Marg to Peterborough. There we've split up and I visited this nice city by myself.

I also bought some birthday-cards for my great grand mother who will be 103 years old next Wednesday and for my host siblings.

In the afternoon I went to visit Sara, another exchange student in my region, in St. Ives and we spent the whole afternoon walking around in this lovely town, eating ice cream and talking. It was so nice and the weather was gorgeous.

Cakebakingday

Today in the morning we drove to a "Meet and Greet" with all the other exchange students that live in the region. We've talked a lot and eaten lunch and cake togetherIn the afternoon we were at home again. Caroline and Edward went away once again for one more day. So I've decided to bake a cake.. Why not? It was a Chocolate-Gingerbread cake, quite delicious.
Than I went to our neighbours, talked a lot with them and brought them some of my cake. Than they asked me if I would like to go with them to Peterborough tomorrow. Suer I agreed!
So I went back to bed and red a bit in my book.
